Food is one of my favorite parts of traveling. After working in restaurants and hospitality for over a decade, I transferred my culinary knowledge as a Features Contributor: Food & Dining for Mashed and Tasting Table, appearing consistently in MSN and Yahoo Life. I dispel cooking hacks, meet with chefs and growers, and take a critical eye to trend pieces.

In the last handful of years, I’ve had the fortune to delve into the world of wine and spirits writing: I gathered friends for an unscientific ranking of every High Noon Flavor. I treasured every bite at beloved NYC restaurant Via Carota and swooned when meeting the four-legged locals at a ranch-turned-biodynamic vineyard in Sonoma County. Jo étvágyat!
